Design Process:

Research & Discovery - To ensure the portfolio accurately reflected Fluidity Holdings’ brand & market position, I began by conducting in-depth research on the petroleum and logistics industry, along with the specific sectors Fluidity serves. This helped identify the unique aspects of their service offerings, including their timely and reliable deliveries, high-quality products, and customer-centric approach. I also reviewed their competitors to identify visual and communicative elements that would help Fluidity stand out.

Brand Consistency:

Working within Fluidity Holdings’ brand identity, I incorporated their visual language—focused on trustworthiness, strength, and reliability—into the portfolio design. Key elements such as color schemes, fonts, and iconography were carefully selected to align with Fluidity’s values of professionalism and premium service, while also emphasizing their status as a 100% Black Youth-owned company.

Visual Elements & Layout:

The portfolio design followed a clean, structured layout to ensure information was easy to read and visually engaging. The cover page & introductory sections were designed with Fluidity’s branding prominently displayed, using powerful imagery to convey the scale and impact of their operations. Each section ranging from company background and service offerings to customer testimonials and certifications was thoughtfully laid out to balance visuals with informative content.

The portfolio was finalized with attention to detail, ensuring all text, images, and branding elements were aligned and cohesive. I conducted multiple reviews with Fluidity Holdings to make adjustments based on their feedback, guaranteeing the final product met their vision and business goals.
